For sale is a timeshare membership for high season (RED weeks) with Right to Use until 2030. This membership has very flexible terms covering 12 weeks in a 1 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4-6) which can be divided into 24 weeks in a junior suite (sleeps 2-3). Viva membership includes floating weeks (use different weeks in all Viva resorts) to meet your changing vacation schedule. Use period is for the RED SEASON (49 weeks a year). You can accelerate use (use any number of weeks per year) or follow the biennial schedule in even years. Your weeks can be rented to non-members (privately or through companies such as RCI) and transferred to your heirs.
